In order to ensure high-guality products, our raw materials use hot-rolled high-strength alloy structural pipes from China's advanced steel manufacturer (Shanghai Baosteel) to ensure that the raw materials are defect-free.
Our company has 3 friction welding machines of 80 tons,100 tons,and 180 tons.lt adopts continuous inertia friction welding technology and detects welding parameters through computers to ensure the quality of drill pipe welding and utilizes welding heat and upsettina deformation.The weld structure is subjected to secondary tempering treatment through solid-state high-fre-quency quenching equipment. In order to make the weld seam beautiful and tidy and extend the service life of the drill pipe, we use unigue internal punching and externagrinding technology to eliminate welding stress concentration.

Our company has three large pipeend upsetting equipments (400 tons,500 tons,800 tons),which can process diameters ranging from 42mm to178mm.The characteristics of the process are smooth and long transition zone, fast molding speed and good stability. The pipe end is tempered after the upsetting is completed,so the quality of the processed drill pipe is stable and reliable,and the service life is greatly extended.
Our company uses precision imported CNC lathes and customized forming cutters for thread processing,strictly ensuring the smoothness and tightness of the threads.All threads we process are equipped with thread gauges that comply with international standards to ensure consistency in product versatility.
