The two ends of the pipe body are internally thickened, tempered after friction welding, quenched and tempered after rough machining of drill pipe joints, phosphating and nitriding after finishing. It effectively eliminates the failure probability of gluing, broken buckles, outer diameter swelling and cracking, is more wear-resistant and easy to disassemble. All threads are processed by precision numerical control lathes with customized forming knives. All threads are equipped with thread gauges conforming to international standards. Therefore, the quality of drill pipes produced is stable and reliable, and the service life is greatly prolonged.
