After replacing a set of oil seals, it is no problem to debug the mast. When the construction site was ready for drilling, the mast was debugged first, but suddenly it could not be adjusted to the right. At first, I thought that the limit solenoid valve on the mast was stuck. After checking, it was not. After checking, I checked the relevant solenoid valves on the mobilization valve and found no problem. What was the problem?

DTH Drill PipeAfter repeated thinking and inspection, it was decided to remove and wash the upper and lower hydraulic locks of the oil cylinder and adjust them. After installation, the mast was debugged again to see how it was. Put the mast flat and then stand up, tilt it back and forth for many times, and after debugging everything is normal, let the operator drive the machine to the pile position to start construction.

The 1. is that one of its hydraulic locks has some problems before replacing the oil seal. The mast is not flexible when adjusting to the left, so the pressure of the two hydraulic locks is adjusted to keep the two pressures the same;

2. the oil seal is to be replaced, the oil pipe of the oil cylinder must be removed. This disassembly and installation in the pipeline will form air resistance. Sometimes the hydraulic pressure cannot open the hydraulic lock on the upper part of the oil cylinder under the influence of air resistance, thus forming a hydraulic circuit and definitely not lowering it.
