1. Check whether the shower head valve is flexible and clean. The distance between the shower head and the bottom of the water source tank should be no less than 0.3~0.5 meters, and the water absorption height should generally not exceed 3 meters.

2. Check whether the connection of the suction pipeline and the gaskets, live valves and live valve seats are tight;

3. Check whether the pull rod, anti-mud retaining ring and plug gland are tight;

4. Check whether the clutch is in good condition;

5. Check whether enough lubricating oil is added in the bearing and crankcase;

6. Check whether the safety valve, three-way water gate and pressure gauge are easy to use;

7. Rotate the pulley of the pump by hand to observe whether the assembly is correct and whether the functions of each component are flexible and reliable;

8. Before starting the pump, the suction pipe and suction chamber should be filled with water from any water valve at the pump head, and the clutch handle should be placed at the idling position of the pulley;

9. When the power machine is started, pay attention to the rotation direction of the pulley, so that it is equal to the direction indicated by the arrow of the pulley indicator;

10. Twist the three-way water gate to the water return position, and then connect the clutch. After the return water flow of the mud pump is normal, send flushing fluid to the hole.
